Benchmark UK are an agile and lean construction management consultancy that provides services to Clients, PLC’s, Tier 1 Contractors and competent Subcontractors, across the UK and Europe.
Incorporated in 2000, our primary objective was to deliver Project and Commercial Management services, built on the foundations of honesty, transparency and determination, with a positive can-do attitude.
Our values and ethics remain at the centre of what we do. We are committed and pragmatic with a focus on project delivery.
Our teams work have worked remotely from our Gloucestershire office executing projects across the UK and mainland Europe including Romania, Belgium, France, Netherlands and Germany. We have over 100 years’ combined experience in these countries.
We have undertaken and managed projects both in the UK and mainland Europe with new start-up companies, joint ventures and established PLC’s ranging in value from £50,000 and in excess of €500M.
Unlike larger consultancies, we do not have account managers. Our dynamic team allows us to remain flexible, handling rapid change both efficiently and effectively. Whilst we have our core skills and services, we are able to provide hands on support with any additional requests our clients may have.
We have administered contracts for various clients with both standard and amended forms of agreements, such as NEC3 and 4, all options, JCT, IChemE, and FIDIC, in addition to drafting bespoke agreements.
We are able to seamlessly integrate into your Project team at site or work remotely from our headquarters in Gloucestershire and are able to accommodate working in different timezones.
We have the latest licensed software and hardware to allow us to work remotely and the ability to meet virtually whilst being able to share data confidentially.
